Jeff is a longtime Yukoner, having lived in Whitehorse and Dawson City before settling in Tagish. The brain and heart behind Upstream Events, Jeff applies over 25 years of experience in live music production, stage management, technical experience, and event planning to delivering hybrid and virtual events. He believes in making and celebrating relationships, and is passionate about delivering and developing sustainable and engaging events practises with digital content management changing how events are conducted as we move into the future. When he's not busy with his many projects, you can find Jeff on local trails with his dog Spot or power boating in the Southern Lakes on the EZ Livin! 

Emilie is the newest member of the Upstream team, joining the company in January 2021 after over 10 years of project management work with the Yukon Government. Emilie’s experience managing a wide range of large and small projects, from environmental monitoring to the construction industry, helps her keep the Team organized and their projects on track. She most loves connecting with Upstream’s clients and the opportunity to give back to her community. When she’s not busy managing our portfolio, Emilie’s favourite thing is traveling around the world, learning about other cultures and adventuring in new places!

Mike is a born-and-raised Yukoner living in Whitehorse. A certified Digital Event Strategist, Mike brings technical expertise, an aptitude for problem-solving, and a keen desire to learn how things work to his role with Upstream. With over 20 years event experience, he benefits from first-hand learning from industry professionals from stage crews to technicians to production managers and beyond. Mike is passionate about local events, including acting as Production Manager for the Blue Feather Music Festival. He spends his downtime fishing and camping, honing his bushcraft skills, discovering new music, and cooking.
