Positive Youth Development Summit

The Positive Youth Development Summit involved approximately 50 in-person and virtual attendees engaging in live-presentations and breakout groups regarding issues related to youth development. Upstream was brought in very close to the event date to help the event pivot to the hybrid format in order to accomodate COVID restrictions and requirements of the venue.

General Council Retreat & Meetings

In order to continue conducting government meetings throughout the COVID-19 pandemic, Carcross Tagish First Nation looked to Upstream to provide reliable, accessible, and secure virtual meeting options that allowed for dynamic discussion and incorporated secure engagement tools like voting and document display and management.

Yukon Climate Change Adaptation Forum

The Yukon Climate Change Adaptation Forum was a virtual event that combined panels, breakout groups, speakers, and other activities to engage participants in exploring and developing climate strategy. The event required a robust platform to accomodate a variety of remote groups of participants and facilitators (nearly 100 total participants), private/semi-private chats and break-out groups, virtual engagement and participation tools (including illustration, voting, document sharing, etc.), and a number of active channels of live streaming and chat.

AGMs, General Council Meetings, Elections

The COVID-19 pandemic required YAEP to pivot from conventional meetings to digital/virtual format. With a large membership and over 500 attendees, these meeting required robust streaming and moderation tools, the ability to record and register quorum and secure voting, and manage the storage and display of documents and other content.
