The Yukon Climate Change Adaptation Forum was a virtual event that combined panels, breakout groups, speakers, and other activities to engage participants in exploring and developing climate strategy. The event required a robust platform to accomodate a variety of remote groups of participants and facilitators (nearly 100 total participants), private/semi-private chats and break-out groups, virtual engagement and participation tools (including illustration, voting, document sharing, etc.), and a number of active channels of live streaming and chat.

"Carcross Tagish First Nation has been working with Jeff Hamm owner of Upstream Events for a number of years. Since the onset of the COVID-19 pandemic we have relied on Jeff and his team to support us with a humber of different services such as online meetings; audio, video, and sound euipment setup and training; and technical support for specialty equipment purchases. We have a great working relationship and Jeff will always do his best to help us develop solutions to new situations that are beyond our internal level of expertise. I would highly recommend Upstream Events to anyone or any company needing a partner they can trust to support their online business meetings or events."
